My Story

I founded The Nexo Partnership on a simple conviction: leadership development creates lasting value only when it is connected to the organizational system in which leaders operate.

With 15+ years of experience in leadership development and talent management in global organizations including Deloitte, Takeda, and Sanofi, working in Switzerland, France and Brasil, I bring a deep understanding of the complexities organizations face in developing leaders and talent practices.
