My approach grounds in deep, lived experience inside complex corporate organizations. Through this experience I understand organizations not only conceptually, but operationally - how decisions are made, how systems interact, and where leadership effectiveness is enabled or constrained by structure, culture, and incentives. I have worked closely with senior business leadership teams and HR leaders, translating leadership ambition into practical solutions that function in real business environments.
What distinguishes my work is a dual perspective; the ability to work credibly on both sides of the leadership equation: the individual leader and the organizational system. Having designed and operated talent and performance systems - and coached leaders accountable for results within them - I bring a pragmatic, integrated perspective to leadership development.
