My career started in accounting, which gave me an early appreciation for analytical thinking, structure and how organizations make decisions. Over time, my focus shifted towards leadership development and talent management. Across different roles, I had the opportunity to work on challenges ranging from developing leaders, strengthening performance and compensation approaches, to designing talent frameworks that support business priorities. These experiences gradually shaped the way I work today: combining analytical rigor with a strong understanding of people and the realities of organizational life.

Personal

Growing up in Switzerland, I was exposed from an early age to different languages, cultures and perspectives. Over the years, this developed into a genuine appreciation for international environments and the richness that different perspectives bring. I have been fortunate to live and work in both Europe and South America, and today Brazil is home for me. Outside of work, food, music, culture and learning keep me grounded and curious - and I bring that same openness and energy to the way I work with people and organizations.
