My career began in accounting, shaping a methodical and analytical approach to understanding performance, decision-making, and organizations. Over time, my academic and professional path shifted toward leadership and people development, supported by a Master’s degree in Global Human Resources Management, further education in performance and compensation management, agile organizations and a coaching certification.

I have had the privilege of working with leading global organizations and alongside exceptional leaders and colleagues, holding roles with significant responsibility across learning, leadership development, and talent management. These experiences have given me the opportunity to work across countries and cultures and navigate complex organizational environments.

Throughout my career, across the different organizations and industries, I have consistently observed the same challenge: individual coaching and leadership development create limited sustainable impact when they are not connected to the broader organizational context, business priorities, and talent processes. This is where I specialize: combining analytical rigor with leadership development and organizational systems to build sustainable performance and strong leadership pipelines.
